To the the average tourist, or other innocent bystander, The Red Dress Run would have to appear as just one large, though colorful, drunken romp through the French Quarter. I spent the whole day Saturday keeping up with and photographing these folks as they ran and cavorted, and i'm here to tell you that is exactly what it is!
What a great bunch of people, and so into multi-tasking, too. Some folks would have to choose between whether they were going to exercise or party, but not the Red Dress Crowd - they do both at once.
These galleries are set up for your enjoyment. Feel free to browse and share the site with your friends. If you come across any that you just have to have, the galleries are set up where you can order prints, enlargements and all kinds of other silly merchandise. And you should be happy to know that 10% of the proceeds her will be donated to the Tipitina Foundation, and another 10% is being contributed to City Park, the charity of the New Orleans Hash House Harriers who sponsor this event.
Don't worry if you see a picture that you like that is a little dark or needs a little retouching. We do that before the image is sent to the printers. Now, there are limits to what we can do - we can't make you look ten years younger or hide the gymn socks that are sticking out of your brassiere.
